Business Intelligence Expert Aureolis Acquires Perigeum
Viria’s associated company Aureolis Oy is experiencing rapid growth and has now acquired all the shares in Perigeum Oy, which operates in the same sector.
Aureolis is an expert organisation that focuses on business intelligence, and their services cover the entire BI area from data warehousing and reporting to analytics and decision support. Perigeum’s BI know-how, especially in the areas of utilising big data and IoT, strengthens and completes Aureolis’s current supply of BI services.
Through the acquisition Aureolis strengthens its position as one of the foremost experts on business intelligence. In December 2017, Aureolis acquired Eximia BI, and after these two acquisitions, the company employs almost 150 business intelligence experts in Helsinki, Espoo, Lappeenranta and Oulu. In future, Aureolis continues to strive for profitable growth in the BI area.
