Change in amount of shares in Viria Plc

Viria Plc has in a directed share issue issued 200,576 new shares as part of the process of acquiring the minority share in Aureolis Oy, in which Viria increased its holding in the company to 100 per cent. The shares have been issued according to the share issue authorisation of the Annual General Meeting on 9 May 2019.
The new shares compose 3.5 % per cent of the total number of shares in Viria which has increased to 5,667,965 shares. The shares have been registered into the Trade Register on 24 April 2020. The subscription is recognised in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
